Welcome to Cozy Nails And Beauty, where our journey began with a simple mobile service dedicated to bringing exquisite nail care directly to your doorstep . Due to overwhelming support and demand, we transitioned from a mobile service to establishing our cozy local shop in the heart of Smithfield. Our salon, now a beloved part of the community, upholds the same personalized and high-quality service that our mobile clients cherished. We offer a wide range of nail treatments, from classic manicures and pedicures to advanced gel and acrylic extensions.

1. We recommend booking your appointments in advance. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.
2. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
3. Sanitation: We maintain high sanitation standards. All tools are sterilized after each use.
4. Health: If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment for the safety of everyone.
5. Payments: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.
6. Tips: Gratuities are appreciated but not required. They can be given in cash or added to your card payment.
7. Guarantee: Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns, please let us know before you leave.
8. Repairs: Minor repairs within 3 days of your service are free. After 3 days, a small fee may apply.
9. Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled.
10. We are not responsible for nails breaking, cracking, lifting or infections.
11. Incorrect colours will incur an additional charge.
12. All services are not refundable.
