Bookings are Essential
All appointments are recommended if booked at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request as soon as possible if you book on short notice.
For first-time customers, we require a 20% deposit when booking the service.
This deposit is non-refundable for last minute cancellations.
Remaining balance to be paid after completion of treatment via cash or transfer(We prefer to accept cash payments)
We will not offer any refund or credit note because you have simply changed your mind.
If we are unable to return and fix your nails within seven days and you experience any issues aside from those caused by yourself, we will offer a 10% discount on your next service as compensation. We will not be responsible for any breakage or peeling that occurs afterward
We are happy to re-do any service at no cost if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work we do, provided that you tell us immediately after we have performed the service.
As soon as we have walked out your door that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails.
